They have been particularly focused on militarization and gloabalizaation issues, and have done a lot of interesting post-9/11 reporting, as well.
Federal patriot registration form
Please follow the link to your fill out your mandatory registration form for documented status as a patriot and a citizen. Failure to complete your federal patriot registration by December 31, 2002 could result in your arrest, detention, and possibly trial by secret military tribunal. (i.e., This is more important than filing your tax return on time).

The ACLU monitors and advocates against government infringements on personal freedom. Visit their site, and you can send a FREE FAX to President Bush to urge him to end the Defense Department's new "Total Information Awareness" program before it gives government officials the ability to snoop into all aspects of our private lives. If you care about freedom and liberty, you should check this out.
Greens response to 9/11 crisis

In the November, 2002, elections, 70 Green candidates nationwide were elected to public office - the most ever for the Green Party in this country.
